Joseph (Jay) Rhame, III
Junior Analyst

Jay Rhame joined W. H. Reaves & Co. as a full time employee in 2005.

Mr. Rhame serves as a Telecommunications, Energy, and Utility analyst.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Rhame was employed as one of the Firm’s traders.

Mr. Rhame received a B.A. from St. Mary’s College of Maryland. He recently

passed the third level of the CFA exam and is awaiting final approval of

his CFA charter.
