William H. Reaves
Non Executive Chairman, Portfolio Manager and Analyst

William H. Reaves has over 61 years experience in utility equity investments.

In 1961, he founded the company that bears his name after serving at three

other major Wall Street investment firms.

Mr. Reaves is a Portfolio Manager and Utility Analyst at the Firm. He assists

in directing the composition of client portfolios and performs equity analysis

along with the Firm's other professionals.

Before founding the Firm, Mr. Reaves was the Manager of the Public Utility

Research Department at Kidder, Peabody & Co. Prior to this, he was a Utility

Analyst for Union Service Corp. and he was also a Utility Analyst for

Eastman Dillon & Co.

Mr. Reaves received his B.S. degree from The Citadel and his Master's degree

from Columbia University Graduate School.
