David M. Pass
Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer

David M. Pass joined W. H. Reaves & Co. in 1997.

Mr. Pass was subsequently named the Firm’s Chief Compliance Officer

in 2002.

Mr. Pass has more than 30 years of experience in the investment industry.

Prior to joining W. H. Reaves he held the position of Financial and Operations

Principal for three firms, acting as the Chief Compliance Officer for two of

those organizations.

He holds a B.A. degree from Fordham University.
